Support the management by promoting and maintaining companys mission and culture throughout the organization. Contribute to the development, implementation, interpretation and administration of employee relations policies and procedures to support compliance with employment law. Coordinate job postings, review resumes, and perform reference checks as needed. Participate in the design of compensation programs and policies, such as sales incentive compensation, carried interest plans, and co-investment schemes. Create ad-hoc reports and analyzes data related to compensation and benefits. Collaborate with managers to identify training requirements and design training programs to enable all team members to grow in their roles and careers. Streamline the recruitment process including creating on-boarding manuals and developing trainings for new hires and managers to ensure the best practices for talent acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Education or related;
1 year of experience in the position offered or any occupation related to job offered;
